Access to Devotion’s platform and services is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement between Devotion and its customers. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer, a guarantee of results, or a contractual commitment.

4. Third-Party Links. The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Devotion does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
5. Disclaimers. THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devotion disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy or reliability of information. 6. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devotion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Devotion’s total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
7. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Devotion and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of applicable law.
8. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
